Abstract

This study aims to determine how much the contribution of satisfaction and work commitment to work motivation and discipline, the contribution of work motivation to work discipline, and the contribution of satisfaction and work commitment to work discipline indirectly through work motivation. This research is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees in the Central Kalimantan LPMP which numbered 107 people. The sampling technique used was a simple random sampling technique that amounted to 91 people. The technique of collecting data using a Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of the study show that the variables of satisfaction, commitment, and work commitment contribute significantly to work discipline, both contributions are given directly or indirectly.
